Simpleway provides an Automated Voice Announcement System at all the areas of the Catania International Airport to support the boarding and deboarding processes and to help customers effectively proceed their way through the airport. To achieve this, Simpleway delivers a voice library in 8 languages, which are customised for the major airlines to have their own announcement scripts.
For the audio interfaces, during the implementation project Simpleway’s system was integrated with the Praesideo system by Bosch and later seamlessly upgraded with Biamp Vocia PA system – no reinstallation of Simpleway’s software was required, only reconfiguration to connect to the new PA system.
Simpleway significantly improved operational efficiency and also enhanced the passenger experience for both domestic and international passengers.
