Known as the world’s first airport fully powered by solar energy, Cochin International Airport implemented Simpleway’s automated voice announcements at all the ares of its international Terminal 3.
As requested, we provide these announcements in 3 languages to help make it a hassle-free experience for passengers to board and deboard aircraft. We also customised our system to allow major airlines to use their own announcement scripts.
The Simpleway system was integrated with the Bosch Praesideo PA system, and we were delighted when Cochin International was named best airport for passenger experience (5-10 million passenger category) in the Asia-Pacific region in 2018 with our contribution.
